No I have not as a matter of fact I've been through Chase twice and was denied. I've been through a company called NACA and been denied. I'm currently trying this company National Juris Solutions in Cupertino,CA and they're charging me 2900.00 and that's why I'm on trustlink right now seeing if anyone knows anything about NJS. I do have a coworker that went back and forth with Chase for a modification and finally got approved after 2 1/2 years.

Hi BH,
I see you are a resident of Arizona. Special programs for Loan Modification, Unemployment and Renter Assistance are being launched early this year in CA, FL, MI, AZ, and NV. Last spring these five "Hardest Hit" mortgage meltdown states were awarded large amounts of federal funding to help low and moderate income homeowners with loan modification and unemployment assistance programs. You may be able to qualify and I would check it out if I were you. Chase is a participating lender (in CA at least). You can see some articles about these programs on our Facebook page at:

In Arizona check out www.housingaz.com
Good luck, the loan mod journey is not an easy one.
