Be advised the timeshare industry is very problematic. You should check out the New Scams tab at the top of this page. The report has some great information.

If YOU have to pay them to take it off your hands, then it is not a good deal. If the timeshare is fully paid for, then whey on earth would you pay them to re-sell it and pocket all the money? Does not seem like a good deal to me.
