my question is why is the bbb grade an f now when it use to be an A. That is what they used to wheel me in. Please explain why does the company now have an F. And please do not insult my intelligence. Do not say because people want their refunds back or they are lying i dont think people would be lying when it comes to their house. And there is no way everyone could be saying the same thing unless its true. why the f now.what is going on

And when this happens what can or should the people do? Besides giving them an f grade what else is provided for the people. Making complaints does what for us this is something serious this is our homes we are talking about. They contacted us and assured us and promised us many things. I think it would be a little different if we came to them for services but they called us promising to lower our mortagae payments because of the new law obama passed helping millions of americans with their homes.

I experienced the same thing. I found a modification company National Relief Group and USLMP with a good rating. After these two company's took $3000 from me and did alot of damage to me modification efforts, I reviewed the BBB again. Now it shows these company's as a rating of "F". It is because so many other people like myself have come forward and filed a complaint about them So BBB changed their rating to be more accurate. There are so many of these company's all over California that are SCAMS.
I have contacted the governor of California, the Dept of Corporations, the attorney general, the mayor of the city where these company's reside, the dept. Of licensing and so on. WE must stand up for our rights and stop the company's that rip people off.
I have learned the hard way.....It is always better to work directly with your mortgage company than have a 3rd party represent you.

This company's size has been verified as large and because of their larger size they are subject to a different ratings algorithm that takes into consideration the larger number of complaints, etc. that would be expected from very large companies. This is an appropriate approach. This company is a BBB Accredited Business and should be responding to complaints in accordance with the BBB's resolution procedures. In addition, they should cooperate with BBB efforts to eliminate the underlying causes of customer complaints.

If you have unauthorized charge appearing on your credit card bill, you should dispute those.
