THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST!! DO NOT USE THEM!

We arranged and received confirmation for transport to and from SNA (John Wayne) and while we are waiting for pickup, my boyfriend sees that they sent an email cancellation that morning. We had no time to secure other transport with out missing our flight. We spent $220 to park our car at the airport for the 10 days of our vacation. To add insult to injury, they still charged his credit card, even though both arranged transports had been cancelled. We had to call to make sure we got a refund. Worst company ever. I think these people should not be in business. DO NOT USE THEM! You could be the next person to be left high and dry without your arranged transportation!!
