Dec. 2011- 2fixyourtrafficticket.com didn't bother to tell us up front that the state of California requires you to pay the fine up front ($354 for 83 in 65 mph speed trap) when contesting until they received our $189. We hired them because we didn't know the laws in California, and so then they had us do all the work to request the radar info from CHIPs. Plus another $10 for return postage. Once they came up with a bogus defense about the radar being used, they had us mail the court documents so a few weeks later we could get a guilty verdict in the mail. So instead of wasting your time and money ($553), we suggest you either pay $50 to take DD, or get a real attorney.
To bad Mammoth Lakes had to filed bankruptcy, maybe the state should make it so tourist would want to go back. I would of spent thousands skiing there.
