In the middle of February they upholstered two Kreiss sofas for me, they had my sofas for a week and they are terrific. The back cushions were a little hard, and I called them up and they told me I had a lifetime guarantee, they picked them up two days later and had them back to me the next day and now they are very comfortable. They also made 3 cornice boxes and 3 roller shades for me. It was done quickly and I think this is a good website so that other people like myself can feel more confident, so hopefully this can help you to make your own decision.
