Regarding the previous customer review posted by Thylin H, here is the company's response:
Despite numerous written requests to forward the necessary documents and filled out questionnaires so we can efficiently and aggressively represent him, this client failed to give us the required documents. Once we open a case with the IRS on our client’s behalf, the IRS expects us to follow-up diligently towards a resolution of our client’s case. If we do not perform on our end, the IRS will not work with us and we look bad and unprofessional. We cannot make up facts and figures about our client’s financial situation; therefore we request detailed and comprehensive financial information from our clients so we can aggressively represent them. Since the client did not forward us the requested document, we temporarily closed the case. The case can be resumed and resolved at any time, once we have the necessary financial information at hand. Since our company has not done anything wrong, client is not entitled to a refund.
We have helped over 2000 tax clients in the recent past and we have always bent over backwards to do the best possible work on our clients’ behalf. Last year alone, we saved our top 20 clients a total of over ten million Dollars. And much more to the rest of them as well.
The client’s claim that we “possibly have someone inside the IRS working with us” is not only ludicrous; it is maliciously slanderous and very harmful to our business. The IRS does not work this way, never has, never will; nor do we!
We will refer this allegation to our Territorial IRS Manager and let him deal with the legal ramifications of our client’s malicious statement about the IRS.
However, we will contact this client and do our utmost to help him collect and produce the necessary documents so his case can be resumed and completed to his satisfaction.
