We would first like to apologize for any discontent that you have experienced due to our services as our company goal at A/C Control is to provide excellent technical and customer service. We are extremely surprised to see that you have posted such a poor review of our services as last we spoke with you on October 24, 2011 you were thankful and expressed satisfaction for the service which we have provided. If you continued to have problems with your pilot light we think the least you could have done was advise us of so before proceeding to place such a bad review.
