This company is very MISLEADING... BUYER BEWARE!

I agreed to try their product for a 14 day trial. I placed the order on 12/21/08 and didn't receive the merchandise until 1/2/09. On 1/5/09 after trying the product for 2 days I decided I was not going to continue since it was not agreeing with me. I called the customer service number and was informed that I was "too late" and that my card was billed 79.00 (for auto shipment of new product which I did not receive nor wanted to!) in addition to the 14.90 I already paid to ship the trial merchandise. I was confused because I thought I had 14 days to try it and only had had it 3 days. The CS rep told me it was based on my order date (which is riduiculous all in all because how would you know if you liked a product or not???) When I tried to get some resolution all I got was run around saying they could give me 10 credit against the 79.00. I asked for a supervisor and she told me she could credit the 79 minus 15% restocking fee and shipping charges. Then they told me I had to send my trial products back and they would credit the 79 once they recieved them but I would have to send it via a "trackable" method and once they received it would credit my card. Now I have to pay to send it back, pay to send it "trackable (certified for another $4-5), plus am out the original 14.90 I initially paid for no product to show for it and use of 2 days worth of pills plus all the hassle. They also "get you" by offering to send a slip for reimbursement for $9.95 of your initial trial shipping charges with your initail order, and when you go to the site you have to join another auto monthly billing club to even try to redeem it, so it is not anything easy or what the sell you at the time of sale. This has been the worse mail order experience I have ever experienced and they are deceitful - don't order through them unless you want to get auto signed up for everything, have lots of charges billed to your card, and have nothing to show for it all except lots of frustration!!! Not customer focused in the slightest - would be interesting if one of their employees/supervisors had the experience I had and were the ones being unfairly roped into all of it and then told they've done all they can do for you once they take all of your money (and time!)
