Hydroderm - what a nightmare!!!!! I will NEVER order anything from another auto-ship company. After disputing charges for products I never received, I sent a certified, return signature letter (receiving signed receipt dated 12/31/08) and "silly me" thought my problems were over. 6 weeks later I receive a package in the mail with a tag on the front stating "Hydroderm is back"! I tried calling number on package and got an automated customer service voice asking for the package number. Of course none of the numbers brought up my account - and then they asked for my credit card number. I hung up, had post office send it back marked "refused" but of course the next day a charge for $68.95 appeared on my credit card statement and the previous $68.95 reappeared for a total of $137.90. I have been forced to cancel my credit card and reissued a new number. But why should I have the inconvenience of contacting all the other reputable companies I deal with to change my credit card number - as well as the continuing nightmare of trying to get charges reversed?! Any one checking this BBB link who still orders from Hydro"fraud"derm needs to get a reality check.
