This company installed the wrong frames in over half my windows and will not make it right. They also did not put tempered glass in the bathrooms as is required by code. They have now moved from the granada address in San Luis but do not give the new address. I have had to go against Shayne Wemple ( owner) bonding compnay to try to correct this situation. In my eyes he is just a con artist and not to be trusted. He also broke something in my house and refused to get me a new item. His wife Joanna is quite rude and has a temper if she does not like what you have to say about how they do not make right on the problems. They have been out 3 times because of problems with the caulk they put around my windows and to this day some windows still have places that have no caulk. 4 of my windows leak, and one can not be removed from the frame because it is high in the center, ( bad installation) and they refuse to fix it. Once they have your money you will have a terrible time getting to talk to them, and they only answer the phone 25 hrs a week now at the most, some weeks much less than that. Don't let these guys any where near you house. Shayne also is not good with open communication and he is not good at keeping his lies straight. I did my home work and checked out the contractors licesing board, the bbb, ect and still ended up dealing with the crook. He will also ask for 50% down instead of the 10% you are only required to pay by law, I think they have major financial problems so watch out don't give thema dime more than the 10% or you will be sorry.
