They will send you what they want not necessarily what you asked for or what you need. Their main objective is to collect insurance money. Returning anything is not easy, they send you a label, you had better have all the packing materials and a way to take it to the post office!
I am severely hearing impaired, they refused to use tty or live relay. They do not read emails carefully. After two shipments in which they had said they "bill MediCare directly" and they would only send supplies that are covered, a bill for nearly $200 arrived. Americare took zero responsibility for it, was defensive and unprofessional about it. The worker I was dealing with claimed he had no supervisor. Two different CEO names appear on records. BUYER BEWARE!
Lessons learned: GO TO A LOCAL MEDICAL SUPPLY PLACE WHERE YOU CAN SEE WHAT YOU ARE GETTING
