I live in New Hampshire and had a local respiratory service and did not like them. I found Americare on the internet and sent them an application for servicing me with my Cpap supplies. There service was outstanding and very timely in sending me supplies. They billed my insurance company and I had not problems at all. I had to have another sleep study and the local clinic suggested that I use a different local company to service my new needs. This turned out to be a disaster and I had trouble getting the proper sized mask and service was slow. I got back in touch with Americare and they rushed me the proper supplies by return mail. I was welcomed back after leaving them for no reason except listening to the local clinic. I am very happy with Americare and will continue to use them to get my needs fulfilled. They are an outstanding company with the needs of their patients first in their thoughts.
