This is the finest firm I have ever found. I have had sleep apnea for about 10 years. I have tried about 4 or 5 cpap suppliers before American Resp Services and I had nothing but bad service. The very first time I called American Res they were great.When ever I call, whom ever I talk to is very knowledgeable and polite. I have had trouble finding masks to fit my face because it is so small, these people have gone way above and beyond by physically going down to their storage shelves and looking thru the masks to find the smallest one. When ever I call and want a particular mask they have it. Also a part broke on my cpap machine ( in which they did not sell me) and they got it replaced free of charge. This is a great company and I will be a lifelong customer. I rate them A+++++++++++++++++++++++.
