I called these guys after seeing their ad in the yellow pages. They came out during the two hour window they originally told me they'd be there, diagnosed the problem with my furnace, and the problem with my stove (only charging me for one call) and told me my options. My furnace was on its last legs and Leo told me about a furnace that was a good value and in stock. I made arrangements to have it installed Monday and needed them to install it earlier than we had planned due to an appointment I'd forgotten about. They changed their schedule to accommodate me, installed it in the time they estimated for the price they estimated. They cleaned up their work area before they left. The installation looks very professionally done and they were extremely helpful in showing my how to use the system and explaining the preventive maintenance (changing the filter once per year). I would certainly recommend Appliances Repair Services and will use them in the future.
