Poor customer service

They need to change their payment method in Sacramento office. They only accept cash or check, which I do not carry all the time. Very backward...This is very inconvenient. Also, one of the lady receptionists need to be trained better when dealing with customers. She was with another customer , and I excused myself to borrow a sharpie so I can write on the balikbalayan box, she replied that I will have to wait coz she is with another customer...What? for just a sharpie, I really have to wait?!! Are you kidding??? If it were not because of the box that is heavy, I could have just left them..
