This business is a scam! I ordered running boards for my Chevrolet Silverado. The company told me they were on backorder, and I found them elsewhere cheaper, so I cancelled my order. I had to call back 3 times to get my order cancelled, I had to wait 20 minutes or more ever time I called, and the customer service is horrible. Finally someone told me I would receive a refund in 7-10 days. Didn't happen! I have called back i can't count how many times, and i still have no refund, and it's been over 5 weeks now. The customer service reps literally told me they had no supervisor, and at one point told me all of the accounting department was on vacation. They refused to let me speak with anyone else! I asked for email addresses and noone responded. Most of the addresses they gave me came back undeliverable. They told me their email service was down... Several times I called and they hung up on me. Many times you call and wait for 10-30 minutes and then you just get cut off. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They have not given me a refund on an order that never shipped that I cancelled over 5 weeks ago.
