I was shopping for a seat for my car. I called Autopartsdealer to confirm that the description on the website for sku CRB-68801 was accurate and that I would receive the seat made with Black Vinyl & Black Neoprene material combination they specified in the description. The sales associate confirmed that's how the seat came, and so I ordered it.
The seat came direct from the manufacturer, but was not as described. The one I received was 100% Vinyl. When I called to explain they shipped the wrong item, the sales associate switched to robot mode and read a script to me that seats were not returnable or exchange able and that I had received the part number I ordered. But it's not the correct item in the box I pleaded...
I spoke to the rude manager, Ben Anguiano, for about 15 seconds before basically he told me too bad and hung up on me.
It turns out after speaking to the manufacturer they don't even make a seat with the material combination that Autopartsdealer advertises....
