2 Major issues, 1) the loan will appear on your credit report after the close on the loan since they sell it.
2) the interest indicated on your loan becomes the full LOAN and once they transfer it. The TOTAL AMOUNT you financed = interest + principle will be completely due if you want to pay the loan off early!
