Tellers are vey polite, real and efficient. HOWEVER the company in general is not a good choice if money is tight or if you mind paying hidden fees that can only be put there to make money. Just yesterday they chaged me $35 for not sending credit card payment on time. It had always been due on the 10th and I thoght I was paying early by paying on the 8th. They said it was due on the 7th and they had 4 days to play with due to holidays, and sorry for the inconvenience but we got you again. They have charged me maintenance fees on my "free checking" which made my account overdraw andt then of course charged me $35 for overdraft. I could go on. I wish had listened to my peers but chose them out of convienance.
