I opted for a free trial of skin care products. I agreed to pay a shipping fee. I was supposed to receive my trial product with in 7 days. Its been 3 weeks.
All I received was a charge on my bank account for over $100.00.
I received a call from someone verifying my order a few days after I opted for the free trial. At that time I requested to cancel the account and the order.
The guy tried telling me he was new and was on probation with the company. He needed 2 more sales to save his job. I still told him no and to cancel my order.
When I called Belisi about the charge they told me they don't use third parties to confirm orders.
That is a crock!! They do!
In order to cancel the "membership" and stop future shipping they want me to sprint and snail mail them a form. Everything else an be done on line except canceling. Why? So they can say they didn't receive the cancellation form and continue charging you!
Something need to be done about their false advertising and their criminal and theft by deception ways!!
