Most HORRIBLE EXPERENCE ever. we kept asking stephany the sales person if they would send someone who could do a walk through and give us a quote. she kept saying that she just needed a list of items and gave us a quote for a 4 bed 3 1/2 bath as $4500. we were thrilled as it was half the price of others. after packing and loading what was a penske truck the driver said we went above the cubic feet limit which was never mentioned during the sale and wanted us to sign paperwork that had double the price quoted. very rude people on the phone and the person who sells is not in line with what the dispatcher says and of course the driver just hires day laborers and did what was sold to us as a one day job in 2 days.
to anyone reading this -
DO NOT EVER EVER ..... EVER HIRE BEN EXPRESS NO MATTER HOW GOOD A QUOTE U GET - they will never stick to the price quoted and u will end up paying more and it will be the worst move of your life !!
