What a scam

I started this process in July of 2010. I was told that my payments would be $123.41 a month for 30 months. Since I am over 20 months into the plan; I asked where we are with my debt settlement. I wrote an email to Edward Reed (most likely not his real name). It took over a month to get a reply back from him. I was then informed that he is no longer my representative and I have been turned over to Mike Ramirez. I have had nothing but nasty emails from him. He informed me that I don't have enough in my account to even settle one of my bills; let alone all of them. He told me that I would have to raise my payments to over $250 a month just to settle one of them in the next 10 months. After we were done with that he would start on the rest. I am being charged $35 a month just to have my money in an account. That was $700 for that and $1500 for Better Financial Freedom. DON'T USE THEM IT IS A SCAM. Now I have to try to settle the accounts myself and it has totally ruined my credit and cost me more than I owed in the first place
