I completely disagree with the other reviews that are negative. I have nothing but the best to say about this company. I signed up for a service with them and my experience was exceptional.The person who answered my initial call was professional and very helpful answering all my questions. I decided to give them a try and set up an appointment. My sales representative Robert showed up on time and was also very professional. He was not pushy at all, answered my concerns and guided me throughout the appointment on how to make the best decision about security.
The installation was on the promised time with no problems.The system is nice looking and user friendly. Overall i am happy with my experience and would recommend them to my friends. About the "free gifts", i was skeptical as well but hey, i wanted an alarm anyway the free packages is an extra. If i like it use it if not i throw it away. I ended up using the iPod shuffle which is nice and the movie tickets. The package arrived in a few weeks via fedex. The only thing i would say could have been better is the explanation of how to use all features of my system. The installer told me but its too much information at once. I will call their office to get some answers on the usage.
