The worst! They have terrible customer service. I made one late payment and they raised my rate through the roof and won't consider reducing it. They don't work with people and make you feel like scum. I paid a $22,000 debt down to $7,000 with no help from them. They hire people who like to make peopel feel bad. As soon as I can get another credit card I will dump them!
