Before you start reading my review, do KNOW that Chase Relocation is a BROKER and the move is done by CHICAGO MOVING SYSTEMS. Wish I had known this before. But I want others to know so that they don't go through what I am going through at the moment. I hired Chase Relocation for my move from midwest to TX. I was contacted by Nathan Bensky (Nate) and he was very friendly and helpful making me decide to go with them. After lot of research, I decided to go with them. Nate was very prompt replying to my phone calls or emails intitially. All their/his niceness disappeared RIGHT AFTER they collected my initial deposit of $300.00. After that Nate was very unresponsive if I had any questions/concerns till the day of my move. The movers (Chicago Moving Company) arrived 5 hours late. They had already charged me for stairs in my initial quote. And I had given Nate the exact # of stairs in each flight. However, when the mover came he thought the # of stairs were more and so they charged me more. They were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL especially in dissassembly of my glass entertainment center. They had charged me $$ for packaging of that. The mover just dumped all the nuts and bolts in a big box. It just happened so fast that I didn't get a chance to give him a ziploc bag or something to safely store those things. Oh well, I was still ok with all this last minute hike in charges and unprofessionalism. They said I would get my stuff in 3-10 days. I got a call from Delivery people on 3rd day. And they told me I would get my delivery within 4-5 days and they would call me next day with Driver contact information so that I could be directly in touch with him. I tried calling Delivery people, Nate and Customer Service when they never called me back with the driver contact#. No one has returned my calls or my emails for past 5 days. This LONG SILENCE is making me worried as to what has happened to my belongings. So I sent one of my cousins to go check out their Niles, IL location. Apparently, it is a warehouse of 'American Auto Parts.' I have no clue as to where my stuff is. And I am panicking for past 2 days now. I would have been fine if at least they returned my call and I knew at least what was going on. But their SILENCE and complete disappearance is making me PANIC. If I could give negative stars, I would give that to them.If someone has any advice, please guide me. HELP!!!They definitely are BROKERS!!!
