This company has no professionalism, is not timely, does not follow up when they say they will and should not be doing business. They have their portriat studio in Milpitas, CA but yet don't keep the photos there. It's just a very very bad way to interact with customers and to do business. I have never experienced a business with such poor customer service and I will never do business with them again. I still have yet to receive my photos after paying a total of $171.53 altogether. My family and I took the pictures 13 days ago and paid the whole balance 6 days ago. When we went to pick them up they were not available and they said they would send them to me by a certain date. That certain date was 3 days ago. Still no sign of them.
