I cant believe I had to pay for the worst service. The hold times were off the chart. They didn't even start their process until the day I was scheduled to close escrow. I had to drive to them to show my face. I had to stay in a hotel and pay for a storage unit because we went well over the 45 day.
My advice is to beg borrow and bribe somebody not to use their service.
