When our Homeowner's Association (27 units) signed a contract with Consolidated Disposal, we had no idea what a horrible experience this would turn into. They delivered dirty dented trash bins. Trash pick up days are missed on a fairly regular basis. No response to repeated requests to speak with the route supervisor and it is a battle to get them to credit our bill for missed days. I have been given every excuse possible from; the driver is on vacation; new guy not familiar with the route or the driver logged the pick up and you must have filled up the bins. Just outrageous. Had to call three times this week and I hope they show up today.
