I have been a customer of Cool Piece since September of 2009. After having dealt with the inconsistencies and lack of quality provided by other online hair replacement companies, I am so happy to have finally found Cool Piece. The prices are very reasonable, quality is excellent, and my order details are followed. I just want to get what I asked for and that's exactly what Cool Piece provides. They obviously pay close attention to my specifications on hair color, density, wave, length, etc. The hair on all units received has been absolutely beautiful and soft.
In addition to quality hair products, Jeffrey (the owner) provides excellent customer service. He always replies to inquiries very quickly. Any emails with questions or concerns have always been addressed by Jeffrey within 24 hours. I appreciate this since I have dealt with other hair replacement companies which do not bother to respond at all.
