Extremely bad customer service! No integrity at all! We did not choose this company for our service; instead we were assigned by the home owner protection insurance plan. We had had several unsatisfied experiences with them but decided not to say anything until it became unbearable recently and we have to write this review. We had to pay out of pocket for them to replace our garage door and the motor with warranty. When the problem occured under guarantee, they made no attempt to try to resolve it. They told us to place a new claim to the insurance company and promised not to charge us for the service call fee. Six weeks later we received the bill from the insurance company for that amount. We then called them about the bill, they gave us a run-around and basically said our door does not equip with the safety features, so we have to pay that amount. This has not been stated to us until now. In deed, if this is an issue, they should not have performed any work on our door at all then!
