November 2008- Job: total remodel of a 30+ year old bathroom with history of water leaking into walls and Tenant's remodeling work. David was the most professional contractor out of the seven BBB contractors I called. All were AAA rated.
Though they were all friendly and knowledgable, it came down to who was the most professional. David also went under the house to inspect the joists and supporting structures, even though I asked all of the contractors. I believe even though the contractors were knowledgable and possibly with their experience did not need to crawl under to see the actual damage, David stood out by doing it. He listened to our concerns. His paperwork was professional. His estimate was written line-by-line: what each part of the job would cost and allowances for fixtures, tub, etc.
