I purchased Diamond earrings for my wife. When I received them they looked great, exactly what I was looking for my wife was thinking a different direction so I emailed them to request a return RMA. I tried calling first and like the other review was on
hold and got disconnected after 15 min. So I emailed them for a return RMA they responded with in a 1/2 hour and apologized for the extreme call volume they had due to the last minute Christmas rush. I sent back the earrings and they credited my account within
