I wanted to express my happiness with E F A Diamonds - especially Maggie, who is one of the owners. I purchased a ring from them and while the ring was top quality and I was very satisfied with it, circumstances came about and I needed to return it. We had a few problems communicating and exchanged messages, but in the end, Maggie went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and even waived the restocking fee. When it's time to purchase our matching weddings bands, my fiance and I plan on going back to Maggie and E F A. Her following up like that really showed she cares about her customers and made me feel safe buying from them...and the Tungsten rings are absolutely fabulous!

EFA Diamonds wants to make sure that each and every customer is 100% satisifed throughout their entire order process. EFA Diamonds just wants to clarify what the 'problems with communicating' were (as so stated by this customer). Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:30pm PST. We are closed on weekends and all major holidays. Unfortunately Shannon attempted to contact us during a weekend and on Monday July 5th. Our office was closed in observance of 4th of July. This was stated on our voicemail. We are glad to have wound up satisfying Shannon and look forward to working with her again in the future!
