Very Helpful and Honest

I went online and clicked into http://www.airconditionerservice.info. I got some good information so I thought I would give them a shot. Their main website is actually http://www.empirecares.com. Empire came out, found out what the problem is, and discussed with me what a few solutions. They gave me a range of prices from less than a hundred dollars to a new system, about $7,000.
The current hvac system in my home is over 20 years old. I respect that they wanted to change it out, but I respect more that they gave me several options including fixing this dinosaur. I opted to have them fix it and clean it up. They did a great job. It was cheap. That was 8 months ago and I am writing today because of their warranty work.
The system broke down again and they sent out the same person. He determined that the problem was the part that they installed. They replaced the part under warranty, at no charge, and did not try to sell me anything. When it comes time to install a new heating and air conditioning system I am going to call Empire back. They were clean, honest and they stood behind their work. I am giving them a great review.
