We were contacted by the president of this company and told they could help us with our mortgage and we got nothing more than we have not heard from your mortgage company. Then when I stopped payment on the last check to them and requested a full refund we were told that we could not get a refund becasue they have made headway with our mortgage company. When asked to show proof they refused. I feel these people are scamming from others. If you check thier phone numbers they all have been disconnected and they work from cell phones only. When they give you thier fax number in Ft. Lauderdale it goes to an individuals home and not a business. They tell you that the comapny is in the process of moving that is why they do not have land line phones. They took me for a thousand dollars and told me to contact an attorney to make my mortgage company work with me so that means I would have been out of more money. No one can remodify your loan but you and the mortgage comapny. When a company asks for money up front it must be a scam. There was another company n the same area that was caught doing the same thing. And once I told Zach Broch that I wanted proof of everything he quit talking to me. Zach is suppose to be the president of the company.
