I got an estimate from a gentleman named Dean Gray from Executive Home Improvement to do some work around my place, including some remodeling. He said he was a general contractor and had done a lot of remodel jobs in the area. What he told me sounded real good and I just about went ahed with it, but my friend told me to check to see if his license was good. I checked with the state office and they said he had only had a license for two years and that was over 15 years ago when his bond had been canceled, I called Arnold at the Desert Hot Springs city office to see if they even had a business license and he said that Executive Home Improvment was not a contractor but was a handyman and couldn't do any job over $500. Since the estimate I got was for over $3,000, I decided it was best not to use them especially when I saw you had given them a D grade
