I am writing to thank you for the high level of quality interpretation and translation services provided by your translators. I was especially pleased by the quality of work provided by Katie Wu. She faced the challenge of dealing with especially reluctant and recalcitrant witnesses who insisted they could not recall anything at all about the incident in question. Ms. Wu, clearly sensing their reluctance, gently and skilfully pressed on, keeping these individuals on the phone and eventually helping get them over their reluctance in speaking with me. Her hard work clearly made a difference in this case. Quite frankly, when I need another Chinese interpreter (and I know I will), I will insist on working with Katie Wu. Incidentally, I have to say I was also impressed with the simultaneous interpreting skills demonstrated by Maria Entehevitch. She dealt with witnesses who launched into angry tirades and managed to keep up with them - word for word - as they vented their anger at being dragged into this case.
