On the surface First Honda (First Auto Group) seems like a pretty decent and cheery place. Do not be decieved like I was by this facade. They play nice all along while using deceptive sales tactics. Yes, I was a sucker for a new Honda. All there is to say is be very careful if you decide to go there. They will say they are following up with you and they are your friends, I received an e-mail (Of all methods of communication) saying they would sue me over delaying my downpayment due to me having a life-threatening illness. They do not care about you! Instead of trying to resolve the issue with me, they became ghosts and did not respond. I am an honest individual and since nobody returned my calls, messages; I became the bad guy and ended up in court (I'm permanently disabled and needed their help to resolve this issue, they skipped collections and went straight to court). I wanted to work with them and resolve the issue. I told the judge that very thing while in court as Joe Vece refused to even mediate with me where the whole issue could have been squashed. "Absolutely Not" was the response from Joe, with a smile, when I requested mediation. What kind of business/man would not try to work this type of issue out? At the very least, he could have heard me out (as I said, they would not get back to me by phone and only sent a letter from a secretary who also could not be reached). The sheer stubborness is appauling. All over about $570. AVOID AVOID AVOID
