I am Retired so i was seeking a great opportunity to buy my retirement home in Florida ! after lots of tries in other sites i found foreclosuredatbank.com and loved it ! A very easy site to look at properties. They had more houses then i could imagine there. After one month a contacted local agent Wagner Leite who was of great help with my purchase. A very smooth transaction and i had a great house for an unbelievable price ! Moving in to Florida in the first weeks on 2011.
