Rude, yelling at me as a client when I would not proceed with a judicial collection. Constantly changing story about all aspects of their process. Reported that a collection had been made in June and they were waiting for the check to clear. Called and reported that a check had been sent on the 19th of July. Check has yet to be received. Never talk to the same person, constantly passed from one person to another. A new excuse from each phone call and from each person.
This business is highly suspect and potential clients should be warned not to deal with them
