I've been meaning to write this review for a while now but I haven't had time (thank heavens for Memorial Day weekend) Rumson, Bolling & Associates contacted me about 4 months ago. It was during the peak of tax season for me, and my net income was relatively low at the time they called. I decided to give them a shot as they said they've worked with other companies in my industry, and even listed a few of their previous clients they had success with, and promised they could bring a source of income from bad debt on my accounts receivables. They sent me the contract and paper work to sign and then I checked them out online.
RBA definitely has mixed reviews online, which is why I was hesistant to use their services. However, I decided to try them out and they did get the job done. They were able to collect on my debtors. I did receive phone calls about how RBA collected and they were aggressive... However, when an individul(s) owes money from 3 years ago, it is pretty clear that they will not pay.
RBA did the task at hand, and for their actions I thank them.
