be careful you get job dates from this company

I live in an apartment complex where Franco Pool Plastering has been working since July 9, on a job they stated would take one and a half weeks, and they are at least one and a half weeks from finishing the job. I have a copy of the signed proposal they provided the apartment manager, dated March 13, 2012, and they started the job July 10, 2012.
Since starting the work they've been here a few days each week, much less than necessary to get the job done in a timely fashion, even allowing for inspections. I would accept delays, but not on this order from a company that claimed "to have worked on thousands of jobs with the health inspector".
Be cautious if you chose to work with this company, based on my experience they promise more than they can deliver. In the meantime, I and my children have lost nearly one third of the hot summer to swimming with only excuses and apparent lack of concern for the pool job here.
