Friedland Law Center is best by far modification company out there. I was contacted by Friedland Law Center around June of this year, and when I was contacted by Ms. Barros my first response was no way I am not going through another company, which I had been with 4 different companies in the past 2 years that had taken my $1,500.00 each time and did nothing. But when Ms. Barros called I had said no and she ask why and I had explained to her why, and she said well when working with this company did they give you the attorney bar number and I said no what is that and she explained to me that how you know your dealing with a legit company. I did everything just seemed good to me, so I thought about it and thought well I don't see why this could hurt I have already been beat out of $6000.00. So I got started with Friedland Law Center, and after about 3 days I had called my mortgage company to ask a question about something, and the Representative said you have an attorney called the Friedland Law Center, so therefore I can't release any information to you, and I thought to myself wow. Because with the other modification mortgage companies every time I called the mortgage company I was able to discuss my account. Right then when the Rep told me that I knew I had found the real deal. About a couple of months into the process a lady called me from that office and her name was Cheryl, and she had told me that she the one that contacts the bank for the modification, and every time she called the bank she always called me or emailed me, she never left me in the dark. Well here I am in less than 6 months with a permanent modification and a fixed interest rate that will stay the same for the life of the loan. Wow is all I can say. This company is #1 in my bank and I will tell anyone to check the company information before giving them money. Because all the other companies ask for money right up front, not this company. The Friedland Law Center put hope back in my family lives, and I couldn't thank them enough.
