Garry Vac is a ripoff - do no buy one!!!!!! The lieftime replacement guarantee is a sham - they never send it - but charge your credit card $50 for S/H. Their customer service is located in Asia and they tell you that they have no way of tracking the replacement vac. They give you an USPS tracking number - when you try to track with it - it tells you there's no record. They supposedly sent me a replacement vac three times - and I've never received any of them. They tell you that you have to return the original nonworking vac within 30 days or get charged for the replacement vac - which in my case I have never received. Stay away from that company!!!!!
