This is one of the most incompetent businesses I have ever done business with. Negative stars is all I can give. I ordered brown snails in March 2010 and here we are in December 2010 and still no snails. I have contacted Growquest sever times after payment in full for my order, and sent numerous emails. I've even had local police call Growquest with only promises that the product would be shipped "this week" and still no results.
I STRONGLY suggest you shop elsewhere.
