Everyone has the right to their opinion. Although his clinic may not appear to be much, it's the heart of the matter. There have been many situations where Dr. Kelly, his staff and family have sacrificed to help a family in need. Many times I had witnessed a child getting medical treatment, when the parent couldn't afford it, and they wouldn't get billed. I have proof that all equipment and supplies in the office, have been and were approved by the state and with a 97% score. I wish the Kelly family and Staff much luck and hope that they strive to do their best. God Bless, Terri
