I have had to work with this company going back and forth for MONTHS because they are so incompetent. How are they possibly still in business, if they cannot even do a background check? I have had to go through the IRS, contact previous employers, and provide them all of the information because they apparently have no way of getting it. I have never had this much trouble with any background check with any employer, ever. This is the most ridiculous and frustrating processes I've ever experienced. I am livid and pissed at this company. As a previous business owner, I would be appalled to own or be a part of this company. Every day it is a new question from their team to verify something. They cannot even verify an employer, even when they are listed on my tax documents from the IRS itself! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, so low-class.
