Home Alert set up our alarm system about 2 years ago, which gives my wife a great deal of comfort & security. When my wife feels safe, secure and good,
I feel better too. The installation was high quality in our lovely home and then we moved a few miles down the road. Home Alert took out our old system and upgraded it to an even better and smaller one that hardly takes up any space. The installers were great all around.
I am even more impressed with the customer service, as Hannah is friendly, caring and exceptional. I also had a good talk with their service manager and quality of service is the only way this company conducts itself.
Way to go!!! Nice to see these days!
