I was trying to do a home modification loan through this company and paid $1995.00 up front for the service. They kept asking for pay stubs and bank statements and for the first 4 weeks kept me informed and told me it as up to my lender now to agree with the terms of the modification. My lender has never heard from or of this company. I just want my money back and checked on Google maps for their address and it is in the middle of a vacant lot in California.
